The Youth for Christ International Global Training Team
A maze’n Farmyard, opened in 2004, is an amusement center catering to families with children of all ages. Its attractions include a mini-golf course, an interactive barn, and a 20,000-square-foot maze. Located a short drive from Eden Valley, Minnesota, A maze’n Farmyard has generously supported the fundraising efforts of charitable organizations such as Youth for Christ International (YFCI).
With a presence in more than 100 countries and nations, YFCI aims to share its vision and values and bring more youth into its fellowship. Nearly 60,000 volunteer staff members work directly with over 3.85 million young people worldwide.
The YFCI Global Training Team is tasked with coordinating the efforts of these dispersed teams, providing training to overseas administration, staff, and volunteers, and facilitating communication between teams.
The Training Team responds to the training requests made by on-the-ground staff and volunteers to locally based YFCI leadership. Team members then work with YFCI directors at the national, regional, and area level to develop and execute effective training and coaching courses.
