Based in Eden Valley, Minnesota, the A Maze’n Farmyard is an amusement park that comprises numerous fun features such as giant slides, bounce barn, maze, pony rides, picnic shelter, and silo slide. Set in a scenic and picturesque landscape, the amusement park also hosts events and group parties. Paul and Sheila Haag and A Maze’n Farmyard belong to the Meeker Cooperative’s Operation Round-Up.

Meeker Cooperative Light and Power Association is a rural cooperative which has been supplying members with electricity and other value-added services for over eight decades. The cooperative also brings together members who are keen to spare change to bring about positive changes in the local community.

Operation Round-up is a program within the cooperative managed by a group of volunteers known as the Meeker Cooperative Electric Trust Board where electricity bills of members are rounded up to the nearest dollar and the extra change or proceeds channeled to various community projects and charities within the cooperative’s service area.

Beneficiaries of this initiative include schools, fire departments, community events, agricultural societies as well as youth and senior programs that benefit from grants issued in March, August and December. Meeker Cooperative Electric Trust Board operates independently as a non-charitable giving organization and each entity is awarded a contribution only once per calendar year.
